We meet every first Wednesday of the month from 6:30pm usually at Time & Space Bar at the Royal Institution of Great Britain. We also hold demonstrations by some of the suppliers a couple of times a year to help the chefs.
For this year, Regis Negrier, Head Pastry Chef of The Delaunay, Andrew Gravett of Valrhona, Fabien Ecuvillon, Head Pastry Chef of KPMG and Sachiko Izumi are helping to organise the events and being the contact points.

The Pastry Network was created by Fabien Ecuvillon, with help of Andrew Gravett and Julien Benard to provide pastry chefs with opportunities to build network within the industry. It is open to all pastry chefs (and pastry enthusiasts) to join, meet, and exchange information and share knowledge.
